Allen Repashy recently announced that he was making a pretty significant change to the CGD formula for 2010. He's going to reduce the hemp contents, add egg yolk, and increase the amount of fruit powder.
The result of this change should be that the diet is much more palatable. I've have "second day eaters" so I'm pretty excited about this change. I've actually been thinking about modifying the diet because of the lack of sweetness.
What's interesting about this change is that I just ran across a thread from a few years back criticizing CGD about the use of hemp and its effects on taste. It's nice to see this finally get addressed.
